I feel like it is, but I would give a quick call to your OB. I didn't take anything during the 1st trimester (I took 2 days of cold medicine around 19w) and I believe I had some Tylenol around 40w when I was having headaches from high bp.

Yes, it is the only pain reliever that is safe to take when pregnant. Here's what an article said:
"Tylenol is approved for pregnancy, it is reccomended to take only when needed and to follow the dosage instructions. The maxium reccomended dosage per day is 4g, which is 2 500mg tables taken every 4-6 hours for a total of 8 tablets per day."
Hope your headache goes away!

Tylenol does nothing for me, but Excedrin Migraine does. We can't take EM because it's class C.
But... I've been having a migraine a week during first trimester, so I've been taking 2 Tylenol with a glass of Coke. The caffeine gives a similar effect to the EM.

I agree, try drinking a little coke with some Tylenol. One glass of coke per day is ok and Tylenol should be fine.
