I don't know who to call :(

It's 7am. My IVF nurse starts work at 7am.  I called her line and got voice mail.  I don't know how quickly in the morning she checks her voice mail.

I called the main line, but they don't open until 8:30, so the only option I have there is that it's an emergency and to have a doctor paged.

The main IVF nurse line doesn't get answered until 8am, I think.

Is bleeding the night before an emergency?  Do I have someone paged?  It's possible they could page the nurse, but I'm not sure.

I've pretty much been counting down to 7am from 11pm last night and am going nuts!

We were supposed to leave on a road trip at 3am (to beat the heat), so if they're not going to do anything, I just want to leave now.

Actually, what I really want to do is drive over there and sit in the waiting room until they do an ultrasound.

Seeing as you have plans to go away, I'd call the emergency line.  I'm sure they are used to getting all sorts of calls and bleeding would definitely be considered more of an emergency than some other things.

I am so sorry you're going through this hon. I think I would leave a message for the nurse now and then call back on the main nurse line at 8 if you haven't heard yet. 

There's a very good chance that the bleeding you had isn't anything bad, but I know from experience how scary it is.

I know our nurse line at my RE returned calls within 2 hours so it could be a little while. Since you have plans, I would call the emergency line as well so you can talk to someone ASAP. Bleeeding is always scary ( I had 5 episodes of bleeding in my pregnancy.)

They're probably in the office, just don't answer the phones until later. I'd call the emergency line.

If you are still bleeding I would call the emergency line. If you stopped bleeding after you got off your feet last  night I would wait and call when they open. But that's just me. You have to do what you're comfortable with.

I'm going in for a u/s at 11:15.  She said it's probably a SCH.  Anybody want to tell me about those?
