Hello! Newbie with Intro

Hello ladies! My name is Jen and I got my BFP this morning DH and I are extreamley excited can't wait to be parents, this will be our first.

I'm only 4 weeks along but call me crazy I think I already have some symptoms (that or I am just imagining it because its so early). I have tender breasts and have been slightly nauseated throughout the day for the past week. I am extreamely bloated and tire frequently. I am finding that I get hungry more often but I also get full faster.

I am 5'0 and DH is 6'3, but I'm still hoping to avoid a C-section.

Also, question for you ladies, when did you notice that you started wanting to wear maternity clothes (maybe not yet?). Thanks!

Welcome!!! DH and I got our BFP last sunday, and this is also our first. I had symptoms like you are describing last week, but this week is better. You're not crazy for having symptoms- you have hcg in your system and other hormones that are going to make you feel different.

I'm headed out to Target soon to pick up some new bras to handle my crazy new porn boobs, and figure out what to do with all this bloat that won't fit into my pants. Look up Bella Band, that appears to be the way to go.

I had a hard time convincing DH that we were in fact 4 weeks pregnant because the date starts from CD apparently. I had thought (before I posted the question on the Bump) that the first day of pregnancy would be when you ovulated.

Congrats, I got my bfp yesterday.  I've actually had a lot of doubt because I don't really have any symptoms so far except for being a little more worn out but not deathly tired.  I am a bit on the larger side so I tend to wear things loose so I don't think I'll need to buy new clothes too soon.

Congrats and Welcome! March Mommies is a great group! :)As far as the maternity clothes...I started needing them at 17 weeks with my 1st, 12 weeks w/ Karsyn and I have a feeling I will need them in the next few weeks.
