Where can I buy a washable one? Do they make them so they go on like a diaper and not pull on?
I have been using the little swimmers, but almost out. I hate pulling them on and also don't love yanking the side to rip them off. Since they are only made to contain poo, I don't like the pull on/off ones....I think they would be messy if he did poo (He has 1 pair of trunks with a built in diaper, it is almost too small.).
Re: swim diapers
I have seen these in the one step ahead catalog.
Here it is on their website:

hmmm only small ones are left.
What about these?

Those are cute! Should I get a M and have it fir for this summer, or the L so it fits next year too? A L would be a little big now, he is 21lbs.....
I would buy an L. Are you planning on having him wear trunks over it? Because that would probably keep it on. Or just tie the L a little extra tight.
bummis makes a velco swim diaper. I think they're called Swimmis.. I bought mine from Amazon, I think..
I dont' mind the pull on ones now that MrsWhite taught me to rip the sides to get them off.

Yay! Wish someone had told me earlier too... especially after some really bad messes
I do not know this trick. You just rip them off at the top?
The sides are meant to rip open like a diaper would open. I always feel like I have to tug really hard to rip them! lol
We found swim trunks with the diaper built in at BBB.
