Going to start potty training today!  If it's a giant cluster f#$% then we will try again later. Because she is a bit young I am keeping this low stress.  My fingers are crossed!

Because you're girl is so young, I'd recommend doing Elimination Communication first.  Google it, there's tons of info out there.  It is more of a "training the parents to notice when a child is going to the bathroom" kind of thing.  But it is an easier way of getting her used to the concept of a potty without going all out.  We had success with DS and doing EC.  We stopped for the last few months though because we did an international move, but I'm hoping to get back into it soon because I like the idea of him being more familiar and comfortable with the potty before we decide to do serious potty training.  Either way, good luck
