wedding and telling?

So long story My DH and I got married last September at the courthouse.(for a couple reasons we couldn't have a big wedding then but needed to be legally married.)

We are having a big wedding on the beach on the July  24  and all my family is going to be there and all his siblings are going to be there. For various reasons we are going to tell them that we are pg. Some know already others don't.

I just don't know how to tell people with out it turning in to a huge deal. Which it is is the 1st grand baby/great grand baby.   My whole family will be at the beach and staying with us for the week leading up to the Ceremony. 

Would it be weird to just announce it early in the week to the masses,  or should I go to each person and tell one by one?

I would do something fun! Like have everyone pose for a picture and have the person taking the picture say something like "Everyone say Roxyroodle's PREGNANT!!"

If everyone already knows that you are married, I think this would be an awesome wedding picture!!
