Teddy Bear---to the GROUND!

LO has a new BAD habit.  When he gets upset while in his crib, he has taken to standing up and throwing his Teddy Bear out and on to the ground.  He is severely in love with this bear and to call it his "lovey" does it no justice.   He will stand up, throw out the bear, then realize it is gone and begin to scream so loud I am sure the neighbors think I am murdering him! I am exhausted from constantly retrieving the bear now!  I am debating taking it away, but I know LO and I will have an even worse night.  Um, any ideas how to get him to keep his bear in the crib, or is this a phase he will grow out of?

    Ry has always thrown everything out of his crib since he could. It doesn't get upset over it though. He wakes up, talks, and begins to throw everything overboard. I don't know why he does it. I do get tired of picking that stuff up like 4 times a day.
