I don't have any suggestions but wanted to say that my mom's name is Julia and she doesn't have a middle name.

First, just had to say that I love this name! It's beautiful and classic and fits perfectly for a little girl or grown woman.

I like Julia Isabel. I have a hard time finding middle names that flow well with Julia, because a lot of the ones ending in -a seem to sound sing-songy. Here are a few ideas:
