Colinda - a diet question

In reading over your blog and from what I've seen you post on here, it almost seems as though you follow the Paelo diet more than South Beach.  Am I right on that?  Or do you just stay in phase 1 of South Beach? 

Diary is out for me since I'm allergic to it.  Every once in awhile I'll be desperate for a piece of pizza, then I remember why I'm not suppose to eat it, ick.  Fruit also seems important which is part of the Paelo plan, but not SB.

Maybe I should stop reading and researching and just do it Stick out tongue  I have been trying no carb this week and while I've had a few slip ups, I've lost a little weight, but know that a few lbs in a just a few days can be regular fluctuation.

  • I mostly follow paleo and every now and then go super duper low carb for a jumpstart. I recommend south beach b/c recommending paleo or atkins is met with fierce and immediate resistance almost all the time. people are much more receptive to south beach idet, and we're living in the real world, not the ivory tower.
