In reading over your blog and from what I've seen you post on here, it almost seems as though you follow the Paelo diet more than South Beach. Am I right on that? Or do you just stay in phase 1 of South Beach?
Diary is out for me since I'm allergic to it. Every once in awhile I'll be desperate for a piece of pizza, then I remember why I'm not suppose to eat it, ick. Fruit also seems important which is part of the Paelo plan, but not SB.
Maybe I should stop reading and researching and just do it I have been trying no carb this week and while I've had a few slip ups, I've lost a little weight, but know that a few lbs in a just a few days can be regular fluctuation.
