1st birthday pictures suggustions

DD is getting her 1st birthday pic taken tomorrow at Sears. This will be the 1st time she is getting them taken in a studio. Any suggustions?

    DD was going through a shy phase at one year.  She did great at her 3 month pics, not so much with her 6 month, great again at 9 months, and then shy at a year.  DH was with us, and he stood behind the photographer to get DD to look at the camera and distract her from realizing I wasn't holding her.  DH always gets DD smiling and laughing, so he was a huge help.  Good luck!

    I love the pictures with really bright tutus on a black background- those always turn out adorable! Also, any pictures with her favorite toys would be cute too. :)
