I had one internal (informal) one, but I it's like any other one lately where they will choose lower preformers instead of higher ones to get them out of the department, because basically our deparment will choose who goes and not so much the recieving one.  It's happened so much in our department lately that I know I don't have a shot.  So going to get my resume out for a few external things to see what's out there.  I know of a few companies that are hiring.  And thanks!
