    I believe they include all 3 pictured.  I have two of these bags and they retail for about 8 dollars I believe.  So the MSRP of 25 seems to be in line with 3 bags.

    *Oh yeah and I LOVE them.  DH would yell if I bought more.  He wont let me take them to the grocery store cuz I get really mad if I lose one Embarrassed
