Anyone have the Droid?

I just got it the yesterday.  How do you delete apps?  It came with some things that I don't use and I want to get rid of them.  I am also looking for some recommendations for good apps.  Thanks!

    I have a Droid, I love it!! To uninstall an app go to 'settings' then 'applications' then 'manage applications' and it will pull them all up and you can click on the ones you don't want and uninstall them! 

    Some of my fave apps are Shazam, the weather chanel,online banking, dial 0, TFLN,IMDB,Advancetak killer is a MUST, kills all the apps that are running..saves your battery life. the barcode scanner is pretty cool, pic say, trapster,where,antivirus,zedge,aloqa... That ought to keep you busy for a while. :)
