A 20-week pg friend of mine suggested this for my morning sickness:
1 cup skim milk (+more or less depending on how thick you want it)
2 frozen bananas
2 Tbsp peanut butter
Put all in blender and presto! Lots of potassium, protein, calcium, and vitamins. Plus, this cold, blended bev. is easier on tummies than regular food.
Also, DH made chicken and rice last night- also nice and bland for my not-so-happy tummy.
Any other suggestions from mommies with morning sickness? I've been horizontal for the past two days- reading Harry Potter this summer, and taking LOTS of naps. Love being a teacher!
