TY note for something you are returning?

I decided to return the 2nd bumbo--she had told me when she gave it to me that she gave me a gift receipt since she bought it before I registered and didn't know if I had one.  What do I say in the thank you note?  Just TY for the bumbo, or tell her what we ended up getting instead?

I wouldn't mention that you're replacing it. Just say something like, "Thank you so much for the Bumbo seat! Blueberry is so fortunate to have such generous friends and family around her already!"

No, I'd just thank her, and act like it's blueberry's only bumbo.  We received 3 bouncers, and we thanked each of them and stated how fun it will be fun Evan.
