I have a couple of friends at work that know I'm pg since they were great support during my IVF and one of them just told me people are starting to ask if I'm pg. I really can't keep it secret much longer but I was hoping to hold out until 12 weeks before I start announcing triplets, I'd hate to have to tell everyone if we lost any of them.

Should I just tell, since it's pretty darn obvious or keep my mouth shut for two more weeks and hide in my office as much as possible?

I'm being chatted about and stared at constantly, and I'm only having a singleton. i felt the same way, I wanted to tell to just get it over with, but I think deep down I'd feel better after my NT scan (next Wednesday). But it really is up to you. Whenever YOU are ready

This is what I think too. Let them talk. Also, I don't think you have to spill the beans about the triplets at the same time you tell them you are pregnant. Maybe you can do it one step at a time

This exactly. If you're ready, you can tell people that you're pregnant, and just not mention the trips until you're definitely ready to do so.

Ditto this!! If it would take some of the stress off of you, maybe you could tell them that you are pregnant and have fun celebrating with them...and then share the triplets news when you are ready

We waited until 12 weeks. I thought everyone was getting suspicious but when I told people they were shocked. I would just wait if that's when you want to tell. Let people talk...

wait until you are ready...and you don't need to tell people that you are having multiples until you want to. simply saying that you are pregnant should suffice.

I agree with M&M. Just tell people you are pregnant, but WAIT till you want to. Don't be forced into it. I think IF, yes I have thought about it, If I am pregnant with twins I will tell people at first I am pregnant, but wait till later, like 20 weeks since that's when people would normally find out. No one here knows about my IF and plans for IVF though.
