U/S Update - HB and Due Date

Went to my 3rd U/S today and things are progressing well. I was 6W6D today which puts my official due date as March 1st, 2011. Woo Hoo!!

I also got to see the HB for the first time today - it was so amazing and such an odd experience all at once... at first i just saw the HB flickering on the screen, and then when she turned on the sound and i heard it for the first time i nearly burst into tears. It's so unreal that there is a little life growing in me!

Next U/S is with my doctor's appt on Aug 2nd... i cannot wait for that one since my DH will get to go to that. The only other U/S he got to see was at 5W (so essentially the tiny gest. sac)...but Aug 2nd, i think it will be quite different for him :-)

Thanks to all for your support and advice - I'm so glad i found these message boards to chat with others in similar situations... wish i could get on here more often (darn work has to interfere with my fun time LOL)
