BRU rewards gripe...

so I finally earned a free case of formula, but the coupon won't arrive for 8-12 weeks..... so they will be off formula by then=(

I am pissy!

    That is really annoying.  I have rarely found my BRU rewards stuff helpful.

    Sorry, that is incredibly annoying! 

    I've never gotten anything out of my BRU rewards stuff.  Never useful at all.  I kind of hate BRU even though I just shopped there yesterday.  *sigh*

    We finally earned a free box of diapers (which is so incredibly hard to believe that it took us that long but whatever) anyways when the coupon arrived in the mail it expired that day!  Nothing says stressful like packing up the boys and going to BRU by myself to get a free box of diapers.

    call customer service and explain. i had this happen last year and they issues me gift card for the amount of a case of formula.
