Highchair cleaning....

DS is the messiest eater ever and after feeding his wooden highchair is disgustingly crusty, filthy and gnarly.  Does anyone have a natural cleaner recommendation that I can try?  I've been using my Borax natural cleaner up until now, but it doesn't seem to be cutting it.

I use white vinegar in a spray bottle and a rag/towel with hot water on it.
