There's really nothing worse

than having your poor, sick child get on the phone with you when you're at work and can't leave for another 2 1/2 hours and say (in THE most pitiful, sick-sounding, tearful voice ever), "Mama, come HOME!"

Crying

I have 14 days and 2 1/2 hours before I'm officially a SAHM for however long it takes me to get another job.  I can't wait.  This SUCKS.

    Awww! Poor HC and mommy! I hope she feels better soon. I definitely think it's worse now that they can talk and call for us. Way more guilt inducing! Only a couple more hours and you'll be home to HC!

    I'm sorry she's sick. My DD says "Hold you" too when she wants me to hold her :)
