we bought a house!!

We looked at it Thursday night and again Saturday morning put in an offer Saturday afternoon and 20 minutes later it was accepted!!!!  We are sooooooooo excited!!!!!  This is the 3rd house we've bought and we've never had our 1st offer accepted.  Either we are just having a good experience/good luck or we are getting better at this whole thing!  Bloomington girls, I don't really know where it is, other than it is near Lake Monroe (according to my husband).  If you want to pm me, I'll give you the street name, but obvs, I'm not posting it on here.  As for pictures....I'll have to get back to you.  Not sure that the hubs took any!

Thanks everyone!  We actually don't move super fast, just quick.     We started looking over Memorial Day, looked at about 16-20 houses and didn't see anything we liked.  We continued to look online and ended up seeing some right before we moved so when we got here, we decided to go ahead and look at them (there were only 4) and see what they were like.  We knew that if we didn't like these, we were going to be waiting a while because our realtor told us that inventory is at it's lowest in a long time.  We got lucky that we really liked the one we bought.  We were in a position where we felt that we wouldn't necessarily be able to find this much house for the price.
