DH and I have a very Irish last name. We'd really like all of our children to have Irish names. However, I'm having a hard time finding ones I like. What's your favorite Irish name?

Bragnae . . . it's pronounced (BRON-yeh or BRON-yah) is my absolute favorite Irish baby name. I also love Bronwyn (technically Welsh), Aideen, Aisleen, Colleen, Mairead.
For boys I like Ailbe, Cabhan, Eirnan, Eoghan (Owen), Finn . . . honestly, I like most of the boys' names.
"Hello, babies. Welcome to Earth. It's hot in the summer and cold in the winter. It's round and wet and crowded. At the outside, babies, you've got about a hundred years here. There's only one rule that I know of, babies. God damn it, you've got to be kind."

My sister's name is Brighid, which is spelled strangely enough to play up its Irish-ness, but not nearly as mystifying to English-speakers as Niamh or Caoimhe.

Please... do not name your child Ceamon. It rhymes with semen, and all the kids and throughout his life, he will be reminded of it.
https://www.babynamesofireland.com/ Some are pretty off the wall, but if you look around you might find some you like.
I don't even think Ceamon is actually an Irish name, it sounds made up.
