Help for cousins baby boy...

My cousins baby is 11 months old- he used to be a perfect sleeper but now is having issues. He is teething plus has a cold right now. my cousin can get him to sleep but he won't stay asleep. She ends up nursing him all night long & gets no sleep. She is begging for suggestions or tips. Any ideas appreciated! Also- is there anything besides motrin or Tylenol that he can take to help with the cold to break up the congestion???

For the cold - vapo rub and a humidifier. As for the sleeping - I got nothin, we are having a lot of problems at my house with that. Good luck to her though!
