Pregnant after a Loss

Total TMI late 3rd tri'ers

Ok, so I thought you were supposed to start "cleaning out" towards the end of pregnancy?  I have the total polar opposite and even Colace isn't helping.  I swear it's like the baby is blocking my bowels or something and it is miserable.

Anyone else?

Oh, I am sorry :0( I am right there with you... I have actually been looking forward to the "clear out" part of labor. How have you been feeling ( other than backed up) are you still having daily ( err nightly) contractions?

Yup, this is exactly how it feels for me too.  By the time I actually have to go, it's horrible.

Me too!  Though, I think the EPO is helping a little, but yeah, there is none of this mythical cleaning out happening.

You want to know what's funny?  I finally went after posting this.  Several times.  LMAO.

Yup, contractions are still sticking around.  I had them all last night.  My stomach has been so tight these past couple of days that I can't get comfortable at all.

The possible good news is I am actually having contractions during daylight hours now.  So maybe he's not too far off.

lol Trickery! I haven't had an issue with backed up but my midwife did say since the head is so low it could be one way or another. Maybe try a couple small glasses of apple juice a day to keep things moving now? ... And my belly has been hard a lot of the time too which can disguise smaller contractions and frustrates me! DH's guess is I'll have this baby Sunday evening. That sounds good to me! :)

I've actually had the opposite problem...I've been "clearing out" for over a week now and I am getting pretty tired of it.  Border lining TMI- it's not the D word but close.

Dr said if it cont much longer he may want to run tests???

I dont know if I qualify as a late 3rd tri'er but I thought I would answer too.  Unfortunately I have had the opposite problem.  I cant STOP going..  :(  And I think its a little early for me to be "cleaning out" for labor.  I talked to my dr about it and he said he doesnt think it is pg related.

Have you tried fiber one bars?  Or eating more veggies?  That helped me before.

. Well he can come anytime now right? Or is tomorrow the first day the welcome mat is out? I cannot wait to see who you have in there. You should have your little man in your Arms soon. So are you guys mainly using his middle name? I have seen you refer to him as Chase mostly

My doula is on the road on her way home from vacation today, but I don't know when exactly she'll be home.  After dinner tonight I'd say we're golden, lol.

Yeah, Wesley is DH's name and he didn't want to use his same middle name and have a "Jr" but still wanted to have him be a Wesley, so we picked a different middle name and we'll call him Chase.  He can go by either name when he gets older. :)

Me too! I asked one of the midwives and she said it could be pregnancy related, or not. (She's not very definitive...ever) I do tend to be sensitive to the heat, and it has been hot and humid here the past 2 weeks.
