To: Parents of Two- to Eight-Year-Old Children
Dear Parents,

I am writing to request that you fill out a short online survey regarding parent perceptions of different school types. The information that will result from this survey research will be helpful to schools in understanding parents? choices in schools for their children. Survey data may be used in a scholarly research article. This study is being conducted according to the Institutional Review Board guidelines and was reviewed by the Institutional Review Board for the Protection of Human Participants at Towson University. Participation is voluntary. Any answers you provide are completely anonymous and you will not be asked for any identifiable private information in the survey. If you wish to complete this five- minute survey, please click to follow the link provided or type in the following:   www.surveymonkey.com/s/parentresearch . By completing and submitting the survey you are giving permission for your answers to be used anonymously in a research paper.
