Just a vent... about Facebook

So this girl that I am not too fond of to begin with posted on her status:

"This is a lot harder that I thought it would be". When people asked her what she meant, she said the whole getting pregnant thing. SHE JUST GOT MARRIED AND SHE'S BEEN TRYING FOR A MONTH!!!! Seriously?

Argh...

TTC since November 2009. DH diagnosed with sperm antibodies. IUI #1 = BFN IUI #2 = BFN On the road to IVF.... Egg Retrieval Jan 21, 2011 16 eggs retrieved Egg transfer Jan 26, 2011 Only 2 viable eggs transferred. 1 IVF, 1 ICSI IVF #1 = BFP :-) 10/3/11 No heart beat at 38 weeks: Our baby Jack became an angel 12/14/11 = natural BFP Rainbow baby Samantha Jacklyn born8/8/12. Lilypie Angel and Memorial tickers

    Some people just don't get it.

    I had a friend complaining to me after she had been trying for 2 months- at that point I was on month 10. And yes..she knew that. Ugh.

    I once had someone say to me, "it's been 2.5 months. There must be something wrong." Of course said person has a baby now.

    I have so many of my "friends" blocked because of stupid posts.  I also have my mom blocked because of that damn Farmville game.  She needs another hobby.

    Lol. Thanks that made me laugh after having that pissed off feeling!

    Question though, can you block those people without them knowing and deleting them?

    Question though, can you block those people without them knowing and deleting them?

    When you  are on the home page, there is the option to block or hide. (under or next to each status update, I think)  As far as I know it doesn't let them know that you blocked and it doesn't delete them as a friend.  You just no longer get the annoying PG play by play.
