We have 2 names in mind for this baby girl but the other night I was thinking about Scarlett...My middle name is Johanna and it was my grandmother's name and I always wanted my daughter to have that middle name if possible. Our other 2 names don't go with Johanna (Danica, Savannah). What do you guys think about Scarlett Johanna? Or is it too much like Scarlett Johannsen(the actress)?

It does sound pretty close, IMO. 

I think that if you are still looking for another first name, you might want to avoid anything with an "a" sound at the end to avoid rhyming.

I agree that it sounds way too much like the actress and I personally wouldn't use it for that reason.  Savannah Johanna is defintely too rhymey.  Danica is nms at all, but by process of elimination it works the best with Johanna out of your choices.

Scarlett Johanna is pretty, but I think most people will immediately think of the actress, and a lot of people will ask if you named your baby after her. For that reason, I wouldn't choose it.

What about Charlotte Johanna instead?

Love Scarlett, but Scarlett Johanna is too close to the actress.  But I'm not sure Johanna sounds good with any of the names you've listed.

My DH wants Scarlet as our girl name so badly but we can't think of a good middle name either. I do think Johanna is way too close to the actress. Someone on here gave me a really good idea.. said an L name would sound really nice, like Louise. Personally I am not a fan of Louise but I do like how Scarlet sounds with an L mn. Too bad I can't think of any I am crazy about. Good luck with yours!

Way, way too close to Scarlett Johansson. I would keep looking; you're bound to find something you love that doesn't look like a celebrity tribute and will allow you to use Johanna.

I agree with this and personally think that Johanna Scarlett is a gorgeous name!

I think they flow well. I also think that the times in your DD's life that she'll be referred to as Scarlett Johanna are limited.

Love Scarlett but I'd try and pick a different middle name.

I am pretty sure we are going with Scarlett Eliza...our other option is Scarlett Joy.

I do think that's too close to the actress.  It was what my mind popped to right away.

I think that's a lovely name. I think it's fine. Most people don't go by their full name anyway, so I don't think it's a big deal.
