So, I attempt to use blogspot.

And, I'd like to actually post to my blog more than once every few months..BUT, I cannot for the life of me find any easy way to insert backgrounds (where do you get them from and how do I put in the image of my choice?) and, why the heck do I always seem to screw up with picture images? multiples seem to screw up my post..

I can't tell you specifics because I just don't post that often to my blog on blogger but with the google based one I just had to start playing with the different layouts they had and that managed to work for me.  Then again I haven't updated my blog in almost a year so I'm probably the wrong person to ask.  GL!

are u talking about different decorative backgrounds? I use cutestblogontheblock.com they have easy instructions to change your background.

I'll check them out- I had wanted to put in my own photos/images as background but I suppose that is putting the cart before the horse so to speak.
