Break cycle - BLEEDING on CD10! WTH?

I'm not undergoing any treatments right now. My period ended Monday.  Today I started bleeding again...not a lot, but it is bright red.  What could be happenning?

    Same thing happened to me a few months ago. I had taken Provera to induce AF, then 5 days after AF stopped I started bleeding again. I still have no idea what happened!
