Tip for the walkers

I don't know about you guys but one thing I've noticed when I'm walking is that when I swing my hips in a bit of an exaggerated fashion (like I'm pretending to walk in a fashion show) I feel a lot more pressure in my pelvis. The doc says whatever I can do to get that feeling I should keep doing. So while it looks ridic, it feels productive!
