Goat's Rue
Anyone try it? I am starting it in addition to my taking fenugreek, blessed thistle and mother's milk tea for low supply. Please let me know if you have tried it and how long it took to work. Thanks!

I tried it and I think it might have helped me I got the liquid from motherlove. It tastes terrible btw. I saw an increase in a few days after I started taking it but I was also taking other herbs so it is hard to know what helped the most.?

I'm taking it. I noticed a difference within a couple days. I take it one week on, one week off. If I take it longer than a week, especially on an empty stomach, I get terrible stomach cramps.
I noticed an increase in cup size before an increase in pumping output.
