Need positive vibes!!!!
I have my 40w5d OB appointment tomorrow and I'm hoping for SOMETHING!!!
I have been 1cm dilated for 3 weeks and 50% effaced for 2... I had been having mild, irregular contractions for almost a week but they stopped a few days ago. Now I have random ones now and then. I've basically given up on going into labor on my own.
My OB told us he won't be working the weekend of the 4th but he's back on the 5th and I'm hoping to talk him in to inducing me that day. He seems pretty intent on my being prego forever though. I hope to AT LEAST set and induction date from this appointment. That way at least DH can finally let his boss know SOMETHING, she has been super patient so far and is scheduling him normal hours even though she knows he could take off at any time. Also so I'll have something to tell everyone else, I don't know how many more phone calls/text messages/FB comments I can take at this point... People are seriously obnoxious.
If you can spare it, I could use labor dust/positive vibes! TIA!!
