AW: I made it through day one!

Yesterday I posted that DH and I are both starting weight watchers. Last night we went to our first meeting (it was cute the two of us with Tegan in tow, lol!) and this morning I woke up thinking, I'm not sure if I'm ready to do this.

Well, I put myself into the correct mindset and I ate and then recorded my breakfast. From that point on, it was easy. All of my meals have been recorded, I've had a satisfying day and I still have a few points left for a dessert this evening.
