I taught DD the "TEXAS, FIGHT" chant a few weeks ago and she usually does the "fight" part after I say "Texas". Today she was saying "Texas!" so DH and I could say "fight!" back to her over and over again. She has been up from her nap talking and singing in her crib for about 5 minutes now, and she's been doing the cheer to herself over and over again.
DD: "Texas!"
(pause)
DD: "FIGHT!"
Love it. Football season won't start early enough this year...
Re: proud of my little longhorn
She is too cute!
I'm proud of mine too. All of a sudden, one day he came home and said, 'Look Mommy', and he did the Hook 'em sign with his fingers.
They must have taught him that at school. I love it!
Adorable!
I love listening to their conversations before nap time. Always cute.
