anyone had pain just at the end of the nipples?
ugh........ the pain is only at the very ends. Feels like a scraping
feeling when LO eats. Sounds worse than it feels........feeds are
tolerable.
What is not tolerable is the feeling of my shirt/bra/nursing pad on my nipples between feedings! It feels like sandpaper on the end of the nipple.
There is zero pain when I can go shirtless/braless at home....
I have been dealing with and LC........... they thought it was yeast, so I was treated for it, and no relief at all :-(

I had this symptom when I had plugged duct. It's always the first one I get and the last to go, If that makes sense. using nip cream always makes it better.
