He pooped on the potty last night!!!!!!!!!!!!

This potty training business has been quite the test of my patience. Aiden gets the pee thing, but doesn't get that he needs to point his man parts down. That has resulted in me being peed on many times (it's a flashback to his newborn days!) I can't get upset, because he is peeing!

The pooping thing has been quite the frustrating sticking point. He'll ask for a diaper (which I won't give him) and try to go hide and do it. Yesterday he sat on his potty for nearly two hours while I read to him. Finally I had to start dinner, so I told him to stay there and poop. After a few false alarms, he did it!!! I have never been so happy to see poop!!

That's great! I've heard that boys are slower and tougher to potty train. I've decided whent he time comes DH is going to have to show him how to point and shoot.
