3 year old boy acting out

Our 3 year old has always been such a sweet little kid until about 6 months ago.  He started to get "mean" but I dismissed it to jealousy since his new little brother was just born.  Well....he's still not back to himself.  He makes bad faces and noises, hits me when he doesn't get his way and tells me to leave!  I am getting very discouraged and feel like a bad mom.  Sad  I need help!  Any suggestions to help him be "nicer"?

    How about a reward chart?  I bought one for DD earlier this week and I'm hoping it'll be a motivational tool for better behavior.  You can make your own, print them from the internet, or purchase a cute one at a teacher supply store.  I got DD's from amazon.com.  I need all the help I can get!
