I decided after my last FET cancellation (due to sucky lining AGAIN) That I needed a break from how I've been handling IF. Like most of you...it consumes me. I thought that maybe I was spending too much time focusing on it. So, I stopped bumping, continued Acu. and tried not to talk about it.
Like most of you can guess...it didn't work. I still thought about it, cried about it, and stressed about it. When I first began my IF journey I thought that my "landing gear" was intact and that my biggest struggle was using DE. With these last 9 months of lining issues...I now know that DE is not my only issue.
So...I just wanted to say hey to everyone, good luck and hope that everyone is doing as best can be w/ our common similarity of IF.
Thanks for listening (reading).
