What about Idaline? It's supposed to be a form of Ida, but it doesn't show up on Behind the Name except as a user submission, which means it's a fairly recent combination.
I love Ingrid. I've also seen an Ilia, but the capital I looks pretty much like the L, so it's a tad confusing with a sans serif font.

Hm, 'I' is hard! The only ones on my list are Isaac and Isabel (which I consider completely different than Isabella).
