Hi there, I'm in the south bay area and wanted to know if anyone has recommendations on where to take lamaze classes in the area? Also, how many/hours of class is recommended?
I had a natural childbirth and did a lot of reading in different birthing methods. Lamaze was a good start, but pretty outdated, there has been a lot of change and building on what Lamaze started. If you want to go drug free, The Bradly Method and The Mongan Method are great places to start, both fall under the category of "Hypnobirthing" (not quite as strange as it sounds, I promise!)
