Post IUI activities?

Hello. I THINK this question was addressed before but I want to make sure I have the correct answer.

I had my second IUI today (I go again tomorrow), fingers crossed, and I forgot to ask my RE what I can/can't do today and tomorrow. I remember something about no jogging but want to double check. 

I work in an office, so after the IUI, I have been sitting at a desk all day. I would assume that's ok, right?

After my first IUI, my RE said that normal activity was fine except a lot of bouncing (like jogging) since my ovaries were stimulated.  But that was only for a few days.  GL!

The nurse at my RE said nothing strenous for 48 hours. After that, "use common sense". Hmm, not really sure what that means! However, common sense tells me that the P90X exercise DVDs I've been working out to for the last two weeks are probably not a good idea, so I'm going to take it easy for the 2ww.
