Anyone done Yoga 4 fertility?

I have been thinking about taking up Yoga for a while now and was thinking about buying the yoga 4 fertility DVD. but I wanted to see if anyone else has tried it. Obviously I don't think it will get me PG, but maybe help relax me more while we are on the break.

I have only done Wii Fit Yoga before so I am definitely a newb to yoga and wanted something fairly basic to start. Any other recommendations would be great too!

Oh! I have this on hold at the library. Maybe it's at yours too.

Renting fitness videos are good because you can see what they're all about without the commitment.

I did buy the something conceive dvd that early-pregnancy-tests sells. I tried it on my own with only having taken one yoga class in the past and I felt so lost. Then I found an instructor around my area that does small classes with 5 people only and have taken a few classes to get familiar with the poses and what you actually have to do in yoga.

I still haven't gone back to the DVD - but I think if you take it slowly and maybe go through it a few times and learn each pose slowly, you should be fine.

GL! It's a great work out - I should be taking a few more classes in the month of July. I really want to try the video soon though - I think it may be easier now.

I have this one and I love it. As a yoga neophyte, I found it a little hard at first to keep up, but by the 3rd or 4th time I got into the rhythm and I love it!

I am currently doing Bend, Breathe, Conceive Yoga on DVD. I have never done yoga before this and it has taken me some time to work up to doing the full dvd (its an hour and a half)

I would recommend this DVD

I have the Yoga 4 Fertility DVD and I really like it. I bought it to do in my 2ww. I was/am a total Yoga newbie and found it very easy to follow & do. I liked doing something that felt directly related to making my mind as well as my body a bit healthier. Now, obviously, it didn't help me get pregnant but it did make me feel better when I did the workout.
