post-pregnancy.. cellulite, ugh!

there's no way to get rid of cellulite, right?? i gained a lot of weight in my legs during my pregnancy and have some cellulite that i didn't have before. it's totally depressing me and i want it gone!! i'm exercising everyday and dieting. will it ever go away?? any tips??

    You know, I've been overweight since building our house (eating out/stress) and I had this horrible funky cellulite forming on my behind.  I starting doing bikram yoga 4-5 times a week and at the end of the month my new funky cellulite was gone.  I had to see a fertility specialist due to m/c's and once I had the IUI I have not been able to exercise.  The medicine caused 2 cysts on my ovaries and I had to wait till they dissolved.  I get to go back to working out this week.  I will be taking the prenatal bikram (no heat and shorter class) and I cannot wait.  

    Are you getting at least 8 glasses of water a day?  I would start there.  Hope it helps and I feel your pain about the cellulite.  I don't feel very sexy.

  • Cellulite never goes away but you can shrink it by working out and watching what you eat.
