I would think so, particularly if it's under 3 oz. but I could foresee where you might run into some trouble since it's a glass container. Hhhhmmmm. This is a very good question. Have you checked the TSA's website?
I'm pretty sure it's okay, especially if it is unopened. When I flew with Allie last week I brought a tupperware of blueberries and one of grapes along with milk in her sippy on both flights. They just opened them to see what was inside and tested the milk to make sure it was milk.
Yes, you can pretty much bring whatever you need for baby (within reason, of course) on the plane - milk, juice, snacks, food, etc. You just have to be sure to call it out to the TSA agents when going through security.
