Booster Seat Question

What are the recommendations for boosters in the car?. My FB friend just posted that she just transitioned her 2 year old to a booster.

Not good, they are supposed to be in a 5 point harness until at least 4.

You should look up your state laws for sure, but here is a good website to look at too. ?2 years old seems way too young for just a booster seat to me.
