YES! In level 3 it's all plank stuff and jumping squats...they freakin KILL.

  • Hmm my advice then is make sure you are keeping the weight on your heels instead of the ball of your feet when you're doing squats and lunges! The plank stuff is HARD!

  • I think I'd rather do the plank exercises any day over the stupid lunges!
