I started it 5 weeks after I had DD and I have to say, the first few days are TOUGH. I felt like I was starving. Once I got used to it, I actually felt like the 31 points I was given, was a lot of food. I promise, it gets better!

It WILL get easier, I promise. I think some of it is mental: you think "I'm on a diet" so you're hungry. Also, look for "filling foods." They keep you fuller for longer.
