I just got a really nice pack in play for my mom to use when she watches the baby--looks brand new and is still sold at babies r us!  It was at the grandparents' house and they hardly used it.  I talked her down from 50 to 40 and she threw in a small high chair that will be perfect for my parents' house as well!
