S/o kids saying funny thing when people die

When my dad died my older son Cameron who was 6 at the time made me a card (marker scribbles on the back of the google map to the cemetery ) that said : Dear Mommy, 

I'm so sorry your dad died. That sucks.

I love you more than french fries,

Cameron.

I have it framed in my bookcase.

    That's adorable.  

    I love hearing their take on the world, especially the things they don't quite grasp yet.

    I taught preschool for a few years and used to keep a tiny notebook of kiddo quotes. I should try to find that soon.
