OOOWWWWW!   I decided to try brazilian at my local spa instead of going to a waxing dedicated spa.  Holy smokes.  I almost stopped halfway through!  TMI but man am I red and hurting =(  I hope this gets better by the afternoon.  This is what I get for waiting months in between the sessions.  GRRRR!!

I always get brazilians, you do get used to the pain, im usually red until the next day, whatever you do, DO NOT SHOWER that will make it worse!!!!  You will love it in a day or two, such a clean feeling!!!  Im very much due one.....lazy on it these days, i will go for it next week!!!

Thanks for the reassurance Karen  That's probably what I did wrong, I showered.  Man was it a rough night!!  Ok, now I really should run.  DH calling me.

I used to get Brazilians several years ago, and yeah, it hurt like crazy!

I agree with the no bathing/showering that day as the hot water makes it hurt all over again. I also recommend this stuff called "Bikinizone," I think that's what it is anyway. It's a cooling gel that's a lot like what they use in the salon. It's expensive and in a really small tube, but you only need it for a day or so you barely use any.
